Biomedical & Clinical Nutrition Scientist, Sophie has 20 years of experience in human health science & research and 15 years’ experience as a health and nutrition consultant. 


Sophie’s experience spans industry, innovation, academia, coaching and consultancy and everything from developing cutting edge medical interventions to writing and delivering university degrees, developing digital nutrition coaching platforms, to helping professional athletes make it to the Olympics, and supporting chronically ill and neurodivergent entrepreneurs, students and individuals achieve optimal health. 


A neurodivergent entrepreneur and chronic illness warrior herself, Sophie’s is no stranger to the frustrations of a brain and a body that often won’t cooperate and is in constant pursuit of the most evidence-backed and effective tools to make life and the human experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
