Sophie, a vibrant and seemingly carefree soul (or so the piture would suggest), never considered herself someone living with anxiety. In fact, her ADHD often led her to view anxiety as a waste of energy. However, a closer look reveals a lifetime of experiences shaped by anxiety. From intense separation anxiety as a child to debilitating episodes during exams and her Masters program, Sophie eventually reached a breaking point where anxiety became a constant, daily struggle, keeping her housebound at times.
